To log in to Plesk Control Panel, you will need your Plesk username and password. You should have already received these details when you signed up. If not please get with support.
Two ways to get to the Plesk Login URL
Using your domain name
If you are managing your own DNS ensure you have set the right DNS entries to point your domain to the hosting server else this will not work. If you are using our nameservers, this should work out of the box
- To log in to Plesk, visit https://yourdomain.com:8443 (The HTTPS part is important) or
- You can also use https://cpanel.yourdomain.com (SSL must be installed on your domain to avoid getting SSL certificate errors)
Using the Server's hostname
- To log in to Plesk visit https://venus.myjoyhosting.com
