Change Billing Cycle

You can change your billing cycle at any time without the need to get with support. The only time you will not be able to change your billing cycle is when you have an active overdue invoice that needs to be paid. In this case, you will simply pay the overdue invoice and proceed to change your billing cycle

 

Steps to change your billing cycle

  1. Log in to your customer portal
  2. Click on Services menu from your left
  3. Select the service of interest (e.g. Shared Hosting) This will list all the products you have ordered for that particular service
  4. Click on the product name (e.g small business starter) to show the service details
  5. Under the Service Details page look for and click the Change Billing Cycle link
  6. Select the billing cycle you want (e.g semi-annual)
  7. Click the button that says Change Billing Cycle
